Cardboard Cores for Pins and Produce Sorting Stations

Our cardboard cores for pins and produce sorting stations are manufactured to precise specifications suitable for sorting and processing lines for oranges, lemons, potatoes, and other agricultural crops. They feature excellent straightness, uniform thickness, and accurate diameters to ensure pin stability and smooth movement during operation. The cores are designed to withstand low-temperature conditions, as well as water generated during potato washing processes. They also provide reliable resistance to pressure, friction, and continuous operation. Custom diameters and lengths are available to meet the specifications of sorting, packing, and export machinery.

Cardboard Cores for Rotogravure Printing

We provide cardboard cores specifically designed for rotogravure printing and flexible packaging. They are engineered to withstand winding pressure and various roll weights, with precise internal diameters and consistent roundness to maintain roll balance during printing, manufacturing, storage, and transportation. The cores can be manufactured in different sizes, thicknesses, and strength levels according to the printing material, roll weight, and production line requirements.

Cardboard Cores for Insulation Materials

We provide cardboard cores designed for winding thermal and electrical insulation materials. They offer dimensional stability and high resistance to winding pressure and roll weight, helping maintain material uniformity and reduce deformation or imbalance during manufacturing, storage, and transportation.
